CANADA's PRAYER HOUR
CALLING ALL BELIEVERS in CANADA
Every Wednesday at 9 pm CST
Please note, that this program is no longer available. All who are like-minded, are encouraged to continue to take a dedicated time out of your busy schedule, to come before the Lord on our knees, and present whatever Prayer items the Holy Spirit has laid on our hearts.
Thankyou to those who have participated with us over the last few years. Keep up the fight... as these are times of a great Spiritual battles. May God richly bless you all..... Amen
Please join with fellow Christians to get down on our knees, and come together before our God in prayer.
Ephesians 6:16
"For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places"
We believe that all around the world, the leaders continue to follow the devil in his plan to become as God, in making themselves as gods, and are working tirelessly to topple every form of God's truths, and create a world where many come to believe they're false truths. We as the "salt of the earth" are called to stand up against these evil forces. This site is for those of us who, for one reason or another, are not able to meet with other Believers throughout the week, but want to join together with fellow Christians at a common time, to bring our thoughts and prayers before God's Throne of Grace. Physically we're apart, but spiritually we can be united as we raise our voices towards Heaven. Let's pray about what God has laid on your our own hearts, but also, let's include some common items from the list below, so that we can lift up our prayers together during this special time together.
Many peoples....Many voices....One mission
Items for Prayer ....
1. Thanks be unto God for his amazing gift to us through the sacrifice of his son, Jesus Christ our Lord.
2 Corinthians 9:15 "Thanks be unto God for his unspeakable gift."
2. Let's praise Him for His blessings and provisions.
James 1:7 "Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows. "
3. May we be filled with Hope, by standing on the promises given to us in His Word.
2 Corinthians 4: 8 & 9 "We are hard-pressed on every side, yet not crushed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed.”
4. Heavenly Father, cover us with your hand of protection from, and victory over, Satan's schemes of destruction. Genesis 50:20 “You meant evil against me, but God used it for good.” Romans 8:28 "And we know, that all things work together for good, to them that love God, to those who are the called, according to His purpose."
5. May God grant us the Spirit of boldness and the willingness to take up the armour of God, and use it effectively in this spiritual battle. Ephesians 6:11 "Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil."
6. Lord, prepare and use us to boldly proclaim the Good News of Salvation to all who will listen. 2 Timothy 1:7 "For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind."
7. We pray for a great Revival to happen in our nation, in that many would repent and come to the saving grace found in Christ Jesus our Lord. John 6:37 "All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and whosoever comes to me I will in no wise cast out."
8. May we as your children, know that as our Heavenly Father, your compassion never ends. David tells us that you hear our cries, and that no tear goes unnoticed. Psalm 56:8 " You keep track of all my sorrows. You have collected all my tears in your bottle. You have recorded each one in your book.”
9. Heavenly Father, please work in us as we earnestly seek your strength and the faith to believe that you WILL deliver us from this present evil age. "Some through the water, some through the flood, some through the fire, but all through the blood." Daniel 3:17-18 “If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the furnace of blazing fire; and He will deliver us out of your hand, O king. But even if He does not, let it be known to you, O king, that we are not going to serve your gods or worship the golden image that you have set up.”
10. Let's remember the thousands of innocent babies that are sacrificed each year in Canada. May this practice cease in our nation, and may truth abound regarding the fact that a baby is alive, whether or not it has passed from its mothers' womb, or is outside of the womb. We pray that God would show us ways that we would be able to effectively reach those mothers who need to hear, before a life-changing decision is made regarding their child.
Thanks to you all, my fellow Brothers and Sisters in Christ, as we remember and hold to God's promise He gave us in
2 Chronicles 7:14
"If my people, who are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."
Amen

Forgiveness
What does Forgiveness really look like? First of all, what it does not mean.
It does not mean that you are saying you were not badly hurt.
It does not mean you now accept what the person did to you was OK.
It does not mean that the relationship can now be restored to the way it was, especially if there has been no repentance.
Nor does it mean that the offending person should not be held accountable for their actions.
Forgiveness can happen even without the offending person being repentant, as forgiveness is an act that comes totally from the one who was hurt, and does not require action from anyone else. Forgiveness shows who WE are, and is an expression of the love that is living inside of us.
Definition :
Forgiveness is letting go of the hate and resentment bottled up inside of me, and WILLFULLY laying down any claim to be compensated for the hurt AND loss that I have suffered.
A prayer of a forgiving heart
Lord Jesus, I choose to release all resentment, bitterness, and rage. I relinquish all of my rights to seek revenge, or the desire to see others suffer because I have. I ask you to heal the brokenness within me. I rejoice in the freedom that you offer me from the bitterness, resentment, and anger. Bless those who have cursed me. In Jesus name, Amen
"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices in the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never fails."
